Two new book reviews

As I think about which direction to take my research next, I've been reading a lot of books. To keep producing content in the meantime, I try to review as many of them as I can (assuming they are new releases and I can think of something interesting to say about them). I recently published two more, one at Modern Age and another at Law and Liberty.
